There are many places online where you can list your SFI Business for free. However, for an entrpreneurial team, you really want to find : 

1. People interested in improving their marketing skills.
2. People who need a free or cost effective way to get marketing training
3. People with access to the Internet on a regular basis so they can take advantage of all the great free exclusive marketing training for our team members .

Where Can You Find SFI Team Members?

I believe some of the best places for finding people who want to increase their marketing skills are in groups dedicated to crafters,  vendors, and small business owners.

You can find groups like this on:

• Facebook,
• Google +,
• LinkedIn.

Or alternately,  you can create groups on these platforms and invite others to join.

Listening - Key to Finding Effective Team Members

Your group can be as narrow or as broad as you like. For example your group may be for  knitters in France or international knitters or small business owners in France. Whichever way you set up your group, offer your members value. Post about marketing studies,  sales techniques,  and new innovations.

Since many small business owners are looking for ways to advertise their businesses, offering free advertising is one great way to offer value to group members.
The most important part of group membership or management is listening to needs.

A networking genius once told me he never takes business cards to networking events.
Why?
He goes to collect contacts and listen to the needs of the people he meets so he can offer them solutions. This is the best approach to take when looking for people who will appreciate your assistance increasing their marketing  skills.
What kind of questions should you ask?
If you genuinely want to help people, then this will come naturally.
Here are some effective questions:
